Access

OCI Access
  1. go to secure
  2. click the Windows icon under Request New Access
  3. keep selecting Next until you come to the User ID tab
  4. select your MSID. click Next
  5. search for the AZU_OFT_OCI_ClientDomain_NP_Dev secure group from the Group(s) tab, select it from the Available Groups, and use the right arrow to move it from Available Groups to Selected Groups. click Next
  6. enter a duration for the group access, or select the Permanent radio button for permanent group access. click OK
  7. enter a description of why access is required, and finally click Submit
GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) Access

For receiving access to a Windows secure group, do the following:

  1. go to secure
  2. click the Windows icon under Request New Access
  3. keep selecting Next until you come to the User ID tab
  4. select your MSID. click Next
  5. search for the _AZU_GHEC_USERS_ secure group from the Group(s) tab, select it from the Available Groups, and use the right arrow to move it from Available Groups to Selected Groups. click Next
  6. enter a duration for the group access, or select the Permanent radio button for permanent group access. click OK
  7. enter a description of why access is required, and finally click Submit
Rally Access

For new team members who don't have Rally access:

  1. Go to secure
  2. In the Request New Access section, select Application.
  3. Select Application: Rally.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select your MS ID, if available. Select Create New User ID if you do not see your MS ID. Click Next.
  6. Select the role: Workspace User (Create, edit, delete work items, access to project(s)). Click Next.
  7. Select and type the following:
    1. Role: Workspace User. No new Workspace or Subscription admins are being approved at this time.
    2. Workspace: UHG
    3. Project(s): Prism-Client.
  8. Within the request confirmation screen, please enter the following information. This step is VERY IMPORTANT and could delay your request if not completed!

“I need Edit access to the Rally project titled Prism-Client which is under the Rally project titled HBA in the Rally UHG workspace. I am new to the development team and will be working on the Client Domain team hence need access to this project quickly, so I can view the team’s Rally project and edit my activities.”

For team members who have Rally access, but need access to the Prism-Client project:

  1. Go to https://atop.optum.com/RallyProjectAccess
  2. Next to field Rally Project Access Type, select Editor
  3. Next to field WorkSpace, select UHG
  4. Next to field WorkSpace, type Prism – Client
  5. Click on Search. You should see Prism – Client populate on the left box. If you see it, select it and then click on Add. The Prism - Client text should move to the right box.
  6. Click on Submit
PPM Optics Access

Access to PPM Optics is required to submit timesheets

  1. Go to secure
  2. In the Request New Access section, select Application.
  3. Select Application: PPM Optics.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select your MS ID, if available. Select Create New User ID if you do not see your MS ID. Click Next.
  6. Under Optum Technology & Idea Requesters, select the role Team Member. Click Next.
  7. Within the request confirmation screen, please enter the following information. This step is VERY IMPORTANT and could delay your request if not completed!

    “I am a new team member to Optum Financial Services Technology and need Team Member access, so I can fill out my timesheet in PPM Optics.”
